Morgan Preparatory Academy for Boys is a K–5 microschool where boys are known, challenged, and encouraged.
We combine strong academics with a boy-centered approach that builds confidence, leadership, social skills, and healthy relationships.
Through consistency, movement, hands-on learning, and relationship-based teaching, boys gain the habits to engage confidently in learning, handle everyday challenges, and grow in character.

Meet Dr. Consuelo Boykins.
Dr. Boykins brings more than 13 years of experience in education to Morgan Prep, with a commitment to helping boys thrive academically, socially, and personally.
Education & credentials
- Bachelor of Science in Biology
- Master’s degree in Mild to Moderate Disabilities (K–12)
- Doctoral Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Teaching licenses in Texas and Tennessee
- Eight years as a certified special education teacher
- Four years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician
Her background in teaching, coaching educators, and understanding child development informs a school day that pairs strong academics with movement, clear expectations, and character growth.
