Dr. Consuelo Boykins

Dr. Boykins is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Master's degree in Mild to Moderate Disabilities (K–12). She also holds a Doctoral Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.

She brings more than 13 years of experience in special education, including eight years as a certified special education teacher and four years as a Registered Behavior Technician. She holds active teaching licenses in Tennessee and Texas.

Her previous work as a district-level Behavior Analyst and Specialist included evidence-based behavioral practices, coaching educators, and creating learning environments where students could thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Her belief is simple: behavior is a skill that can be taught without sacrificing academic growth.
